Minors and Parents Policy

Version 3

This policy is for players who are minors and for parents of players of Piggy Days, provided by Mythbyte Studio ("we"). It applies together with section 2 of the Terms of Service and section 11 of the Privacy Policy.

1. Player age

The game is for players aged 13 and over (the age rating on the game's page on Google Play and the App Store is 13+), because it has chat between players, in-game purchases with real money, and rewarded ads that players choose to watch. Children under 13 should not use the service. If a parent finds that their child under 13 has a game account, the parent can ask us to delete the account and its data as described in section 7.

2. Parental consent

  • Players under 20 (minors under Thai law) need a parent's consent before using the service and before every purchase.
  • For children under 10, consent about personal data (for example, receiving newsletters and the in-game ad consent choice) must be given by a parent, under section 20 of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
  • The game does not ask for age and does not check parental consent. Parents should therefore set up and supervise their child's use themselves, including choosing "do not consent" on the ad consent screen if they do not want the child to see ads personalised to their interests (the child can still watch ads for rewards, but the ads are not personalised).

3. Children's data

  • We collect only the data needed to play, as described in section 2 of the Privacy Policy. The game does not ask for a real name, address or phone number.
  • Newsletters are sent only to people who choose to receive them, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
  • Sending usage analytics can be turned off in Settings in the game.
  • If a parent finds that their child gave us data without consent, the parent can ask to see, get a copy of, or delete the child's data or account as described in section 7, or delete the account under the Account Deletion Policy. We may ask for information to confirm that you are the parent before we act.

4. Tools for parents

  • Purchases: require approval before purchases in the device's store (Google Play: purchase authentication settings and Family Link / Apple: Ask to Buy and Screen Time). The web shop requires signing in with the Google, Apple or LINE account linked to the game account.
  • Chat: players can block other players one by one and report messages from the player info page in the game. There is no switch for players to turn off all chat, but a parent can ask our staff to stop the child's account from sending chat messages, as described in section 7.
  • Play time: the game has no play-time limit or reminder. Parents can limit time with Family Link or Screen Time on the device. We suggest a break every hour.

5. Purchases made without permission

  • In-app purchases (Google Play / App Store): ask the store for a refund, see section 1 of the Refund Policy.
  • Web purchases: a parent can ask for a refund under section 2.3 of the Refund Policy. Please tell us as soon as you find out.

6. Chat safety

  • The system automatically filters or hides banned words in chat, and asking for or sharing personal information breaks the Community Guidelines.
  • Grooming or sexual exploitation of children leads to a permanent ban, and we keep the related evidence and report it or hand it to the authorities as the law requires.
  • If a child may be in danger, please contact the police (call 191) or the Social Assistance Center (hotline 1300) at once, then tell us the character name and server.

7. Contact us

Parents can contact us through the Help Center, category "Account and login", or by email at mythbyte.th@gmail.com, with the child's character name and server and what you need (turning off chat, seeing or deleting data, deleting the account, or a refund). We answer within 30 days.

If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
