Community Guidelines

We want everyone to enjoy raising pigs safely. These Community Guidelines are part of the Terms of Service (sections 11 and 12) of Piggy Days, provided by Mythbyte Studio ("we"). They apply everywhere players communicate: every chat channel, character names, character profile text, village names and announcements, and comments in the Pigdex.

1. Not allowed

Advertising or spam: selling things, inviting people to other groups or websites, sending the same message again and again.
Sexual or child-inappropriate content: including grooming or sexual exploitation of children in any form.
Abuse, bullying, harassment, threats or hate: for example about race, religion, gender or disability.
Asking for or sharing personal information: your own or anyone else's, such as a real name, phone number, address, school or social media account.
Inflammatory political content, or content that is illegal under Thai law.
Scams or fraud: pretending to be staff or someone else, asking for passwords or verification codes, buying or selling accounts or in-game items for real money outside the game.
Rumours or false information: for example fake announcements of giveaways.
Cheating: helper programs, bots, macros, modified clients or deliberately using bugs. If you find a bug, please report it in the Help Center, category "Report a game problem (bug)", and do not share how to use it.
Inappropriate names or text: character names, village names, profile text or village announcements that break rules 1-8.

2. Your tools

Block players and report messages from the player info page in the game. Choose the reason that fits (advertising, sexual content, abuse, personal information, politics, scam, rumour, other).
Report behaviour outside chat (for example a name, profile text or a Pigdex comment) in the Help Center, category "Report a player", with the character name and server.
The system automatically filters or hides banned words in chat, but it cannot catch everything. Please report what you find.
Staff review every report, but we do not tell each reporter the result, to protect everyone's privacy.

3. Penalties

Staff consider how serious it is, the intent, the effect on others and whether it is repeated, and may use one or more of the measures below. The table is a guide, not steps that always start at the first row.

Guide	Measure
First time, not serious	A warning (for example by in-game mail), or removing/hiding the content
Repeated, or disturbing others	Chat muted for a period, or a required name change
Serious, or repeated many times	Chat muted or account suspended for a set period, and removal of anything gained unfairly
Very serious	Chat muted or account closed permanently. Cheating, fraud and grooming or exploitation of children can lead to a permanent ban at once

While an account is suspended or closed, use of purchased in-game items is limited by that measure. We do not use measures beyond what is needed to protect players and the service.

4. Reporting to the authorities

Content about grooming or sexual exploitation of children, threats of physical harm, or other seriously illegal content is removed quickly once we know about it. We keep the related evidence and report it or hand it to the authorities as the law requires. If anyone is in danger, please contact the police (call 191) first, then tell us.

5. Appeals

If you think a penalty was wrong, you can appeal within 30 days of the penalty in the Help Center, category "Account and login", or by email at mythbyte.th@gmail.com, with your account number or character name and server. If there is a staff member who did not give the penalty, that person reviews the appeal. We tell you the result by email, and if the penalty was wrong, we lift it and give back anything that was removed.

6. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines when the game or the law changes. A new version is published on the website with its effective date.

If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
